Our Story
We are thrilled to announce the opening of Aleta Seafood Bar & Grill. With a striking beachside view and laid-back vibe, Aleta is the perfect spot for chilling out and savoring the flavors of Cabo.
An open kitchen with a seafood market-feel, Aleta Seafood Bar & Grill features fresh, daily-caught seafood, where you choose your fresh catch from local fishermen and select how you want it prepared; fire grilled, steamed or fried. For starters, Aleta features a sushi and raw bar offering an array of made-to-order sashimi, rolls, delicious oysters, local clams, ceviche’s and other seafood delicacies and the best of our local farmer´s organic vegetables.
Aleta Seafood Bar & Grill also boasts a wood burning Josper oven, providing a great option for unique, rustic flavor profiles. Our award-winning Chef Daniel Martínez has created a menu which highlights all that Cabo has to offer, featuring local products, and simple preparations with flavors and traditions of Mexico, which are sure to please everyone´s tastes, along with our hand-crafted signature drinks, a full bar and great wines paired with our cuisine.
