Soflay Literary Foundation has the honor to share the final decision of the contest: Poet of the Year. We greatly appreciate the contribution of all our participating poets in this event. We sincerely thank our International Jury for this hard work in a quality competition, very close. Unanimously our Soflay Poet of the Year 2016 is: Jeton Kelmendi (Albania) To whom we extend our most cordial congratulations and wish him an excellent year as ambassador of the international letters in our Literary Foundation.
