Following the recent impact of Hurricane Beryl near our Ocean Coral & Turquesa, Ocean Maya Royale and Ocean Riviera Paradise in Mexico, we are pleased to report that both our guests and staff are safe and well. Despite the challenges presented by the hurricane, our operations are steadily returning to normality.

Our guests continue to enjoy the comfort of their rooms, and our breakfast service is being provided smoothly in our buffets. We are working diligently to restore all our facilities to optimal conditions as quickly as possible. We would also like to highlight that we are working in close collaboration with the local authorities to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone.

A pesar de las inclemencias del fenómeno natural nuestra operación va regresando a la normalidad de manera paulatina. Your safety is our top priority. While Hurricane Beryl is unlikely to impact directly the area where our hotels are located, we have updated our cancellation and modification policies to offer you greater flexibility and peace of mind.

For Guests Currently at the Hotel: If you are at the hotel at the moment and unable to leave as planned due to the hurricane, please contact your concierge or our front desk team for assistance. We have various options available to support you during this event.

Modification or Cancellation: If you need to change or cancel your trip, we will provide you with the most convenient options to reorganize your travel plans. You can either receive a refund or a travel credit valid for one year for any unused nights. Please contact your travel agent or tour operator. If you booked directly on our website, reach out to our reservations team.

This policy is effective immediately and will remain in place until further notice.
