Hi everyone! We know the Out & About PV article just dropped, and we’re excited to have you all for dinner. Unfortunately we are still waiting for our permits to come in, they’re taking longer than originally expected, and so we are not able to open to the public yet.

We will definitely post an update once we get them and we can start welcoming you!

We didn't quite make our target to open in November of this year due to some unplanned obstacles, but that just gives us a bit more time to prepare! We're very excited about all the attention we've been getting, and we can't wait to finally welcome you soon!

A lot of you are waiting very patiently for us to open! We're anxious and can't wait to get this restaurant started!

Until then, we'd like to introduce you to one of our signature drinks, Hong Kong Style Iced Lemon Tea.

A staple in Hong Kong (where chef/owner Henry is from originally), this refreshing drink is a strongly brewed black tea that's sweetened with brown sugar syrup. It's garnished with a few fresh lemon wheels which you poke with your straw to release the lemon juices.

This is a very refreshing drink that's perfect in this Vallarta heat!

For sugar-conscious guests, we can dial down the syrup or substitute with Splenda. Or, add boba (tapioca pearls) for extra fun! And hey, if you want to add a shot of vodka to it, we'd say, "por que no?"😁

Construction of our restaurant space is taking a little longer than expected due to some unforeseen complications, but the team is working hard to get it finished soon! Bear with us and thank you for your patience! It'll be worth the wait!

How exciting! Our first shipment of service ware arrived today. These cute spoons with a deep well will be used to serve one of our appetizers. We can’t wait to show you what we do with them!
