Chile en Nogada is the traditional dish served all over Mexico during Independence Day and “Mes Patria” (Patriotism Month). A chile poblano (not spicy) filled with ground beef with raisins, slivered almonds, nutmeg & fruits. The white salsa is made with ground walnuts, sour cream, cinnamon and other yummy spices. Topped with fresh pomegranate seeds, this dish features the colors of the Mexican flag in an explosion of flavor! Served with a small salad with a touch of mint and raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Served cold. And of course with a margarita of your choice! Just $300 pesos (about $17 USD)

La marinada cítrica y picante "cocina" los camarones, dándoles un sabor refrescante y picante. Agregando cebolla morada y aguacate en rodajas, acompañada de tostadas. Es un platillo vibrante y lleno de sabor que resalta los sabores del mar y los ingredientes frescos.

The Aquachile is a Mexican delicacy that is prepared with large and fresh shrimp. The shrimp is marinated in a mixture of lemon juice, chopped chiles, cilantro and cucumber, and our version adds the rich and sweet taste of maracuyá! The citrus, spicy marinade "cooks" shrimp, giving them a refreshing and spicy taste. We then add purple onions and avocado slices, accompanied by crispy tostadas. It is a vibrant and flavoured dish that highlights the flavours of the sea and fresh ingredients.
