This saturday August 31st will be our last service for Bravos PV Restaurant, & Siam Pv Cocina Thai both locations. We will be back in service on September 27th. This year will be our last year of closing and we will all just rotate vacations through out the year.
We are most grateful for the love, support and loyalty that you have all given us over the years. I remember the very first day we opened, just about 11 years ago just like it was yesterday. What a crazy night that was but in a good way! I think we will start our 6th year for Siam, shortly. Time is flying by. Most of you already know this but just in case you don't, none of this could have been possible without our Family (team members). Many have been here since day one and we have grown older together and shared many moments and I can only hope that we share many more years together with them and yourselves.
Este sábado 31 de Agusto será nuestro último servicio para el restaurante Bravos PV y Siam Pv Cocina Thai en ambas ubicaciones. Estaremos nuevamente en servicio el 27 de septiembre. Este año será nuestro último año de cierre y todos rotaremos las vacaciones durante todo el año.
Estamos muy agradecidos por el amor, apoyo y lealtad que todos nos habéis brindado a lo largo de los años. Recuerdo el primer día que abrimos, hace aproximadamente 11 años, como fue ayer. ¡Qué noche tan loca fue esa, pero en el buen sentido! Creo que pronto comenzaremos nuestro sexto año en Siam. El tiempo pasa volando. La mayoría de ustedes ya lo saben, pero en caso de que no lo sepan, nada de esto hubiera sido posible sin nuestra Familia (miembros del equipo). Muchos han estado aquí desde el primer día y hemos crecido juntos y compartido muchos momentos y solo puedo esperar que compartamos muchos años más junto a ellos y a ustedes mismos.

Seems like the year has flown by. With huge gratitude and love the time has arrived to take some vacations. We will be closed this year starting September 1st and will be back in service on September 27th with our regular hours. We are overjoyed and cannot thank our guests enough that when we come back from holidays we will start our 11th year.

Parece que el año ha pasado volando. Con enorme gratitud y amor ha llegado el momento de tomarnos unas vacaciones. Estaremos cerrados este año a partir del 1 de septiembre y volveremos a prestar servicio el 27 de septiembre en nuestro horario habitual. Estamos muy contentos y no podemos agradecer lo suficiente a nuestros huéspedes que cuando regresemos de las vacaciones comenzaremos nuestro undécimo año.
