Daniel has been involved in Real Estate since 1997 starting out in the mortgage business opening a mortgage brokerage and then a real estate brokerage in East Los Angeles, Ca. on Beverly Blvd. Being fluently bilingual english and spanish he was able to serve the Los Angeles area and later the entire Southern California market by opening satellite offices in San Bernardino, Orange, and Riverside Counties.
After arriving in Los Cabos in 2000 on vacation for the first time he fell in love with the destination. Every chance he had to get out of Los Angeles for a quick escape he took. He then started investing in Los Cabos in 2001 buying a lot, then another and then building. Having gone thru the entire process of purchasing, building, and selling he knows first hand the steps involved and the pitfalls to avoid. He then opened Platinum Realty and Management Los Cabos in 2010. In 2017 he joined Keller Williams Cabo Paradise. As a ALC member he has contributed to training new agents and sharing knowledge and experience to the market center.
Daniel is also a KW bold graduate and always looking to gain expertise by taking certification courses such as the KW Luxury certification
From a small condo a short distance to the beach to a luxury villa on the beach that can rival any 5 star resort. Having an agent who has personally invested in properties in Cabo is important over an agent who just sells property.
