1.5 years after

This patient had previously undergone a a couple of years before his necklift but he didn’t get the definition he was looking for. We recommended him to consider a deep necklift as his neck fullness was more about his deep fat pockets and neck muscles rather than the superficial fat. Through a single incision below his chin (no ear incisions) we were able to reduce his deep fat and re shape his muscles so he could have a much better neck and jawline definition. He is very happy with his results and so are we.

She is still swollen and doing lymphatic massages, but she is looking great already!

4 days after: deep necklift, mini facelift, chin implant, lid surgery and fat transfer.

We are so happy for our patient. Although it’s only four days, she is already doing amazing and we can already see her new contours. She had a (in another clinic) a few years ago but it didn’t give her the outcome she was looking for.

During her consultation we recommended her to consider doing a since most of her issue was deep to her platysma muscle so another chin lipo would have been totally pointless. We reduced her deep neck fat, her hypertrophic digastric muscles and submandibular glands (all of which contributed to her double chin) and after that performed a We also performed a to lift her jowls and placed a delicate small to give her a bit more chin projection. Upper and lower lid surgery as well as under eye fat transfer were also performed but not shown in the photos to avoid revealing her identity.

Today’s case:
Deep necklift

Our patient always had a heavy neck despite being on a good weight. He had enlarged deep deposits of fat making his neck look full, this deep fat is not removable through liposuction.

Although this procedure is more invasive than a chin liposuction, in some cases it’s the best alternative to really sculpt the shape of the neck and jawline. In this case, only one incision was needed and it was placed under the chin.

Procedure was performed under general anesthesia in 2 hours. Follow ups are done every other day for 7 days.

Procedures were performed under general anesthesia in about 1.5-2 hours. Visible swelling lasted for 10 days.

Immediate result after and

Our patient had an osseous genioplasty with a 6 mm advancement along with a neck liposuction under general anesthesia. The goal of both procedures was to give him a more masculine and projected chin as well as a contoured jawline.
Although he was a candidate for a rather than only neck liposuction, he wasn’t ready for the recovery time it requires; so, he decided to start with the least invasive procedures and see how his results go.

He looks great already and will look better in the next few weeks!
