Este proyecto empezó hace 1 año y ha sido un gran camino, vamos poco a poco para que este Rancho sea un espacio de vida, bienestar, salud, amor y sobre todo un espacio para ustedes y los animalitos que viven aquí felices, todos los días las gallinas comen y duermen en un lugar caliente, los caballos tienen un establo limpio y en las mañanas tienen de comer, los patos nadan durante el día, aunque los gansos pelean por su territorio, las hormigas trabajan y comen de los bellos árboles frutales, el gato es solitario aunque le encantan los abrazos, y los perritos corren libres, tuene un lugar calentito donde dormir, y hablemos del rey y la reina pavoreales que caminan siempre mostrando su inmensa belleza, todo esto es gracias a un grab trabajo de equipo.

Is a program where you are going to learn a language Spanish or English being with around horses and riding them.
This program with focus on teaching the language however you will learn how to do stuff with a horse and things about horses.

It will be a pleasure to introduce this Horse Assisted Coaching workshop.

• What is the workshop about?
It is a personal development workshop through an introspection process that will allow you to take action in the face of a given situation, instead of reacting.

"The conscious is what I can manage, the unconscious is what controls me"

• Why horses?
They are extremely sensitive to their environment and therefore to our emotions, and they give us that honest and lasting immediate feedback to be able to see what we don't see. They are the true Coaches.

• How will I interact with them?
The horses are in a herd of 3 or 4 in a delimited space (track, paddock, corral) large enough for them to feel FREEDOM.
We include ourselves in their herd at ground level, with this we maintain an equal space. (Horses are not ridden). We carry out activities and observe, to begin to receive feedback that leads us to the process of introspection.

It is a wonderful model that is well used every day by coaches, psychologists and therapists.

The support tools are those of adding coaching, systemic coaching, Bioneuroemotion, NLP and neuroscience.

How important is the connection with your horse?

Nichita had moment of connection with Sierra Nevada, our mare with a strong character.

Nichita had to put the fly mask on the mare, she went to put it on, she put on the role of boss, wanted to put Sierra's mask on, Nichita thought for a moment that it wasn't going to be difficult to do it, so she tried to put on the mask, but Sierra wouldn't let it, she was telling Nichita "No, I'm the boss"
Nichita thought in given her self up after 5 minutes of trying,
until the unthinkable happened.

Nichita approached hiding the mask, she approached with love and began to talk to Sierra Nevada, Nichita told her "Sierra I have to put the mask on you because you need it,"
Nichita changed her attitude and thought I am Sierra's helper not the boss, immediately she tried to put Sierra's mask on, and Sierra stayed still and Sierra herself stuck her head into the mask without thinking.

Nichita thanked Sierra and knew that with horses you have to have a connection and you don't have to treat them like (those who work for me) but my coworkers. That is why the relationship with your horse is very important.❤️
