We had an amazing time brewing a delicious IPA together and sampling their incredible selection of beers, from cereal pastry sours to hazy IPAs and barrel-aged stouts. First picture is Cozumel from 1970’s (probably) and the second is the same corner in 2024.

A classic building from back then that it used to be Don Ramon Zapata’s home and that we proudly call our home now.

Our brewmaster is from a proud Cozumeleño family and we couldn’t be more grateful to have our place be in a historic building like this one. Cozumel and it’s history is super important to us and we like to share our haritage everytime we can.

Thank you for being our costumers, if it wasn’t for you guys we would’ve been able to be here today. Salud🍻

Un edificio clásico de aquella época que fue la casa de Don Ramón Zapata y que hoy con orgullo llamamos nuestro hogar.

Nuestro maestro cervecero proviene de una orgullosa familia cozumeleña y no podríamos estar más agradecidos de tener nuestro lugar en un edificio histórico como este. Cozumel y su historia son muy importantes para nosotros y nos gusta compartir nuestra herencia cada vez que podemos.
