Our Story

Jasianna Jaxen Beach Villa V9 - Cozumel Beach House - Million Dollar View - Ocean Front Villa is a luxury 4 bedroom home situated directly on the beach in Costa del Sol - a gated oceanfront community. The front door is only 65 feet from the turquoise and transparent sea. The sea in front is within the bounds of the Cozumel Reefs National Park. This home is located just south of Chankanaab National Park and only a 15 minute drive to downtown San Miguel. This luxurious home is part of the new community Costa del Sol, with 24 hour security, 135 ft pier, 400 ft beach, infinity pool plus children's pool. Diving clubs can rent multiple homes in the community to accomodate larger groups. Just ask me about this.

This four-bedroom home has three bedrooms on the first floor, each with a private bath. And, an incredibly huge second floor master suite with double bathroom. There are gorgeous views of the water from most every room and the "million-dollar view" from the second floor deck which will accomodate a large group. The first floor is spacious and open with a completely equipped kitchen which flows into the large dining room with seating for twelve. The living room, as well as the first floor master bedroom, is a wall of windows with a direct view of the water.

Jasianna is bilingual and well conneccted in Cozumel so if there are any concierge needs she will exceed your expectations of a an owner/host. This home is fully air conditioned with Zones, high speed internet, Maid and Cook service (optional fee) full kitchen furnished with all the amenities. There is 24 hour security of the premises and beach. There is a 135 foot pier that will accomodate any dive boat or catamaran for your enjoyment. Also is a large infinity pool, childrens pool and shallow ocean dipping area.
You will find the home well furnished and totally updated with a true BnB comfortable yet private stay. The home has separate suites of each room yet comfortable large living, dining and kitchen area. The outside barbeque area and gardens surrounding the home are perfect for relaxing or engaging in conversations.
