Lindo Mar update!

We should be done with the construction in 2-3 weeks! Then onto the paint, windows, doors, closets, cabinets and furniture!

Super excited! The building should be completed by December! 🥳

Villas Lindo Mar update! ☀️🏠🚧

The works continue! we’ve had a couple of showers but we are going at full speed and still ahead of time!

The goal is to pour the roof slab by the end of July!

First floor units:
TWO family units (2bed/2bath)
ONE 1 bed/1bath
ONE studio apartment

Second floor units:
ONE family unit (2bed/2bath)
TWO 1 bed/1bath apartments
TWO studio apartments

All ground floor units are reserved as well as ONE 1 bed/1bath apartment on the second floor. As of now there’s no plans to finish more than these five units this year. The remaining 4 units will be finished most likely next year (Exterior will be done and will only need interior works)

Please get on the waiting list to secure a unit, these will rent VERY fast!

The first unit will be a studio apartment
The second unit will be a 1 bed /1 bath apartment
The third unit will be a 2 bed/2 bath apartment
The fourth unit will be a 1 bed / 1 bath
The fifth unit will be a studio apartment

The terrace will be in the front above the parking garage!

Villas Lindo Mar update, June 4th, 2024! 🏠

While the main crew is still working on the first floor, we have officially started the second floor!

The second floor will feature
ONE family unit (2bed/2bath)
TWO 1 bed/1 bath apartments
TWO studio apartments

For a total of 5 units on the second floor plus the terrace

As of now, only one unit will be finished completely (1 bed/1bath) while we will only finish the outside of the other 4 units. The other 4 apartments will be finished next year.

The one upstairs unit that will get done is already taken so no units will be available until April 2025. But please get on the waiting list so you secure a place.

We’re still ahead of schedule and if everything goes to plan we should be laying the roof slab by late August!

May not only brought sunny skies and high temperatures to Cozumel, it also brought Lindo Mar’s roof!

Super exciting day as the concrete slab was laid, we have also completed the privacy wall to the west side of the complex, the electric meters for all units, the parking garage and the facade is taking shape!

Next up: finishing the first floor and starting the second floor by mid to late June!

Lindo Mar update!

The garage columns are all done and one side the new facade too!

We are also starting to build the privacy wall dividing Villas Lindo Mar from our neighbor to our right (green house). We are using the existing small wall the lot had when it was purchased but we are reinforcing the columns so that the wall can be taller, this will give our guests privacy when they’re using their back patio.

We’ve had a few scattered showers but we haven’t stopped so we are still ahead of schedule!

Villas Lindo Mar April 20th update!

The focus has been on the family unit #1 and parking garage.

The parking garage will need 9 massive columns that will also support the terrace above and a future roof top on the third floor.

While most of the crew is working on the garage and the family unit #1, they have also started working on the inside of the units.

Next week they will start the demolition of the current wall and start working on the new facade.

The weather continues to cooperate and we are still ahead of schedule for our December opening!

Lindo Mar Update !

April 4th, 2024

They are about 85% done with the roof on the first 3 units (studio, 1 bed/1 bath and family unit #2) the empty square is the stairs

They should be done with the walls of the family unit #1 by Saturday or Monday, the foundation is almost finished.

They are starting on the parking garage next week. Above the parking garage we will have a terrace.

Everything is looking great and on schedule for the roof slab by the end of the month!
