Just a quick message for folks that are interested in the 5 day eating healthy challenge, we have been signing people up today and are getting ready to start Monday the 8th so that we have a few more days to sign anyone else that’s wishing to participate!!! The 1st idea is that we’re gonna give our bodies a little break whilst supporting a few of our main(really all of them are main really ❤️) systems that help us fight of dis-eases in our bodies! Let’s make them strong together 😍, and the 2nd idea is that peeps pop by, sign up and come on Monday morning to come pick up their goodness to start the week of greatness. The first step to change is the hardest, it leads us into the unknown, but that’s the place where we need to be 😍
