Welcome to the official page of ICPS 2024 Tbilisi!

ICPS, the International Conference of Physics Students, unites hundreds of physics students from all over the globe. Here you can network, ponder about important questions of science and life, present your research project, and have loads of fun!

The location of ICPS changes annually. It is organised by different local or national committees of the International Association of Physics Students (IAPS). NC Georgia (GAPS) was founded in 2019 and ever since then we've had our sights set at holding the conference in our homeland.
Dreams are coming true this year - ICPS 2024 is happening in Tbilisi, Georgia!

Nestled between Europe and Asia, Georgia, with its capital Tbilisi, has historically served as a bridge between the two. Georgian culture encapsulates the diverse spirit of this land - the perfect amalgamation of the East and the West. The city’s scenic locales will enhance all the social events we have planned for you throughout the conference!

Join us this August in Tbilisi, Georgia to embark on this exciting journey where science, culture, and camaraderie converge!

📢 Here is a special announcement to participants who will present a talk or a poster. We will pay for a 3-day stay (breakfast included) at the City Express Puebla Angelópolis hotel for both the best talk and poster! 🤩 And each winner will be able to bring a companion to visit Puebla and enjoy all the Mexican folklore! 🇲🇽 If you win, you will choose when to use your prize, with a deadline of August 2023, so you will have up to a year to plan your trip 🌮

🚨 As some participants are having issues completing their money transactions, and in an effort to take the ICPS experience to more students, we have decided to waive participation fee!

🤩 The 15€ will only be charged if you want to receive the welcome kit (a very cool T-shirt, an amazing notebook, and a small bag are some of the items included), which we highly encourage. The deadline to make your payment will be August 4th, 2022 23:59 Puebla time.

👉 If you have already paid your participation fee and do not wish to receive the welcome kit, get in contact with us for a refund.
