Welcome to the new era of Heartled Leadership.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but keep your head held high with thoughts of what you DO want, who are ARE, and FEEL good about the daily micro choices you’re making because the truth is all of it counts as the bridge to the future.

We always hear how beneficial meditation is, but sometimes it can feel daunting to get started due to these 𝒎𝒚𝒕𝒉𝒔:

❌ "𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘭 𝘮𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘣𝘦 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘦𝘵"
✅ Truth is, it's very difficult to shut out the mind. We can do instead is direct or thoughts and train ourselves to focus our energy and thoughts.

❌ "𝘐 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘐'𝘮 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘵 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵. 𝘐𝘵'𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘐'𝘮 𝘧𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘴𝘭𝘦𝘦𝘱."
✅ Truth is, we're changing our brain wave frequency when we drop into a meditative state just like we do before we fall asleep. It may feel like we're about to fall sleep but with practice we recognize that it's us entering into a deeper state called "theta"

❌ "𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯'𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘥"
✅ Truth is, a lot of the thoughts in our mind aren't even ours. When we learn to detach ourselves from the thoughts in our mind it makes it easier to control our lives because the thoughts are no longer controlling us.

Meditation is one of the core foundations of all of the healing modalities we teach in our Subconscious Mind Certification Program! 💫

𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙖 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙬 💛✨

In 1991 we discovered over 40,000 specialized cells called 𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒐𝒓𝒚 𝒏𝒆𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒔 around the human heart.

These are essentially brain-like cells that aren’t in the brain, and 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕.

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭...

𝟏. These cells form a neural network that thinks, feels, learns and remembers independently of the brain in the head

𝟐. And every experience we have is registered in the brain in the head and the neural network in the heart independently

So, often when people go to traditional therapy they speak out their experience from the memory of the brain in the head, which is why people can leave therapy feeling like something is missing.

This is because they haven't addressed the experience they had in the heart.

Our natural essence is love.

It is the illusion of the mind that takes us away from that.

When we tune into the heart, we access the portal of unity from within.

We step away from the duality of the mind that makes us believe that we are not worthy, loved, or good enough.

These are all illusions.

The truth is....we are love.

We think that heart-brain coherence is the best practice for tuning into unity & harmony, 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐲? 𝑾𝒆 𝒘𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒘 🙏🏼💛😊

It’s interesting how we hold onto pain…

If we’re unaware of it, then the mind will continue to play out the same stories that feel familiar.

🤯 It’s no wonder why we learn the same lessons over and over again!

but what is the shadow?

The shadow isn't even real.

Sure, you can see a shadow... but it's not actually tangible!

It's not a matter of IF, it's a matter of WHEN.

The slight reframe here gives the subconscious direction to make things happen much faster when we declare it in this way.

"IF" leaves room for 𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚

"WHEN" implies that it 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 happen.

We think it's so important to make small shifts in our word choices. 𝐖𝐞'𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰, 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤?

Just because we think it, doesn't mean it's true.

Our thoughts are not us.

The negative thoughts, the fear, the doubt... it's all a program.

𝑾𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒄𝒊𝒐𝒖𝒔 𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒅𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒐 𝒅𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔.

Whenever we ask ourselves a question, the subconscious gives us an answer.

The powerful thing about it is that it is our ultimate task master!

We've just gotta give it better tasks and better questions.

Victimhood - we've all been there.

When we feel like everything in our life is going wrong.

It just feels like everything is falling apart.
