The moment of stillness - why is integrations so important and what that even means?

So often in the word of plant medicine, just as in life, there is this notion of having to do more to get to a certain outcome. Integration is the opposite: working with what has been gifted to you in the medicine journey, and finding a way to place it in your daily life.

It can be a profound experience to reach the highest highs in the spirit realm, but that is only on ego trip if there is no long term changes.

When you want to go far, practices around the plant medicine journey are just as important as the journey itself. Meditation, journaling, guided integration with a specialist, sharing circles, working with your body and your nervous system will ground this experience deep into your subconscious does creating profound changes that stretch far beyond the psychedelic trip

The strongest medicine is community - when we experience profound transformational moments in life, either deeply mesmerizing beauty, or the depths of dark nights of the soul; as we share this energy with our soul family the magic of transmuting the darkness into the light becomes a community project, and in the same way, the realizations shared with others awaken transformation in them as well

One of our teachers used to say that the sharing circles are the medicine. Not a psychedelic substance or breathwork or whatever, but the moment when we learn about everyone’s experience and form that understanding of collective transformation that takes place.

As our family is becoming bigger, we can touch incredible amounts of souls. Let’s build a bigger table and not a higher fence.
