Toro! Tuna cutting show at Kogure
This ritual is celebrated on special occasions at Kogure. Tuna cutting is an art, mastered only by a few. First part is called Ootoro (big toro), and it goes through the most expensive and delicate part of the fish. The next part taken is chu-toro (medium toro) and is one rank lower. Come and enjoy Chef Yusuke Kogure's tuna cutting spectacle.
