A Photo, defines memories and good reminder we're 10 years old. From a sales event in this photo, we went through different phases of mindset, skills and channels adjustments, into today's neighborhood taste and culture.

After 10years, people recognised us as authentic old taste, because of originality, familiarity, and the combination of customers & baker's preferences in various aspects including selection of ingredients, our family recipes yet incorporated with customers' craving and satisfaction, over time.

A very huge thank you to everyone, allowing we walk our dream via bakery journey. Together we learn and created many experiences in sales, production, research, and discovering and aligning to life purpose.

We're still baking today, because of win-win philosophy, because of living a purposeful life, taking actions contributing to neighborhood, holding our ground to be a better human so we leave the world something nice.

Our small, compact bakery boarding journey with ethics and integrity, is the best awards for this fulfilling and perfect 10years.

The reason we have to collect advanced payment upon ordering.

Today we keep 2 boxes of creampuff and rejected a few customers who love creampuff because of a customer ordered a few days ago but didn't want to make payment.

As we keep waiting as we're closing, contacted the customer and what a surprise she said she went in earlier and bought and left without collecting her preorder items, without even mentioning she ordered.

Please make payment as you verified our business is legal and ethical. Both businesses and consumers have to be considerate and responsible in order to make our society peaceful and better.

I've instructed my sales staff and delivery staff to have a firm stand on a few policies.

Free delivery with no minimum purchases continues, it's still a CSR initiative. However, over the years it also draw some people who take advantages and affecting other people who need that.

I've instructed no empty slot advanced booking, and also (no payment no baking and no delivery).
Unfortunately also, I have to black list certain people from using this due to my team has been spending too much time and effort dealing with them including changing orders, canceling and calling at personal time.

Second hard instruction is no business partners that misuse CSR efforts. Over the years we helped many start-up newbie or those businesses to add on their values through our products.

Our team has been kind enough to accommodate their needs including pricing, customisation and delivery demands so I request we only serve those with win-win and living with purpose mindset onwards.

I've personally checked and verified many businesses partners but not many who are willing to practice win-win and not even taking care of the products they're selling themselves so our kindness to accommodate is like a fool.

I want to thank our team and customers who really appreciate live, our relationship, and do good in society. I definitely welcome and need your continuous support to make our neighborhood bakery sustainable.

I hope with this improvement, together we achieve a better future. To date I believe we're doing very well in honesty, quality and value to price, and always welcome two ways communications.
