位于马六甲Angkasa Nuri的这家中餐厅「老豆餐馆」几乎每到午餐时间都爆满🔥 今天小编终于决定去探店，看看到底有什么魅力👀 看名字就知道掌厨的就是‘老豆’，口味偏向怡宝风味，也很有家常饭的味道❤️

老板之前在怡宝就有了50多年的生意经验，在马六甲经验餐饮业也有16年之久！ 一直低调热卖，只有附近的居民才知道的宝藏餐厅㊙️ 老豆推荐必点👇🏻

✨老豆招牌油滑鸡::一个字 ‘赞’👍老豆的白斩鸡到底是怎么做得如此嫩滑？加上老板特制的酱油和辣椒一起吃，直接把整碗饭吃光！

✨甘香螃蟹::采用多种材料去爆炒螃蟹，像是：咖喱叶、虾米和酱料等，味道很丰富。除了虾米的咸香，还吃到咖喱叶独有的香气😍 蟹肉很饱满扎实，非常鲜甜👍

✨咸蛋奶油猪肉::炸得酥酥的猪肉粒占满了浓郁却不腻口的奶油酱汁，咸香咸香的，让人忍不住一颗接着一颗💯

✨老豆家乡蒸鱼::老板特调的酱油和辣椒真的超级jeng！用来搭配菜圃、葱头碎撒在鱼的身上一起去蒸，真的不要太下饭🤤 重点是鱼肉新鲜Q弹，还能尝到鲜味，并不会被酱汁给抢完风头！
