Unknowingly, we have arrived at a new week. Now, let me introduce to you a representative dish from Japan called ”Nanban Chicken Rice“! We use high-quality chicken thigh meat, marinated with vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and ginger.

While marinating, we can prepare the tartar sauce by crushing boiled eggs and mixing them with mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and chopped onions. After stirring well, the homemade tartar sauce is ready.

Dip the marinated chicken in beaten eggs, then coat it with potato starch and deep-fry until golden and crispy. Once fried, you can drizzle our homemade tartar sauce on top, which not only opens up the appetite but also elevates the texture of the chicken. And that‘s how you make a delicious ”Nanban Chicken Rice“ dish.

不知不觉来到新的一周，现在为大家介绍在日本具有代表性的一道菜叫做’南蛮鸡饭‘！ 我们采用的是优质鸡腿肉，把处理好的肉用醋、酱油、糖和姜将其腌制。

腌制的同时就可以调制塔塔酱，将煮熟的鸡蛋碾碎再加入美乃滋，糖、醋和切碎的洋葱后，搅拌均匀这样自制的塔塔酱就做好啦。

将腌制好的鸡肉沾上蛋液接着再裹上马铃薯粉下锅油炸至金黄酥脆。炸好之后就可以淋上我们自制的塔塔酱，淋上了塔塔酱之后不仅让胃口大开也让鸡肉的口感提升了一个层次。这样一份’南蛮鸡饭‘就做好啦。
