Our Pear and Gorgonzola Salad is a delicious and refreshing way to start your meal, or enjoyed as a light lunch. The sweet pears, salty Gorgonzola, and crunchy walnuts are all perfectly balanced with a balsamic vinegar dressing. It's the perfect light and flavourful salad to enjoy on a warm day.
