Rojak means an “eclectic mix” in colloquial Malay, and the dish sure lives up to its name. Its ingredients reflect the cultural diversity, bringing together disparate items with strong flavours into a harmoniously tasty blend. You can now get Rojak at Classic Briyani House Banting. ☺️

Our signature Nasi Lemak Ayam 🤗

Puttu is made from rice flour combined with coconut and salt and steamed in a special Puttu Maker. This puttu has a twist to the original recipe, with the addition of ragi making it nutritious.
At Classic Briyani House, we serve Ragi Puttu along with bananas for a super delicious meal. Drop by our shop anytime to have our classic puttu or ragi puttu made to order.
