How to print colour on black (or dark) colour t-shirt?

Method A:
1. Print white under base (White Rubber Dye or White Paste)
2. Print colour on it (Clear Rubber Dye + Colour Pigment)

Method B:
1. Mix 20% White Rubber Dye + 80% Clear Rubber Dye = Frost Rubber Dye
2. Print colour on t-shirt directly (Frost Rubber Dye + Colour Pigment)

Method C:
1. Print colour on t-shirt directly (Frost Rubber Dye + Colour Pigment)

Print Non-Woven Bag with Solvent-Based (Oil-Based) Ink?
1. Scratch proof (Most companies require this)
2. Tamper proof
3. Long lasting

What do you need?
1. Solvent-Based (Oil-Based) Ink for Non-Woven
2. Ink Thinner : Use [SC - Fast Dry] or [RT - Medium Slow Dry] to mix with ink before printing
3. Ink Remover : Use [SC - Fast Dry] to clean. You CANNOT use water to clean after printing
4. Mesh : T-1500 or T-2000
