🇲🇾E-invoice 企业者都需要注意什么
什么是电子发票 E-invoice？
✅相比传统给予hardcopy的发票或收据，E-invoice是LHDN要企业者运用系统以方便鉴定跟记录所有买卖交易

所有E-invoice可用MyInvois Portal（LHDN官方）或者Application Progamming Interface （API）来传输E-invoice

🗓️E-invoice 开跑分为三个阶段：
1️⃣2024年8月1号
年营业额超过RM100mil的业者

2️⃣2025年1月1号
年营业额超过RM25mil至RM100mil的业者

3️⃣2025年7月1号
所有业者

对于小微型业者的年营业额如没有超过RM150k，此小微企业将可以完全赦免E-invoice制度直到年营业额超过RM150k

🕐LHDN还给予了6个月的宽限期（以各阶段执行的日期为标准），让业者可以用consolidate e-invoice代替每个买卖的e-invoice记录，让业者可以有足够的时间在宽限期内适应跟调整好以方便更明确的完善的记录。

🇲🇾EPF转钱进第三户口正式开跑了
KWSP宣布第三户口 Akaun 3将会在2024年5月11日正式生效
🗓️申请期限：2024年5月12日至8月31日期间

公积金3个户口名称及缴纳额比例为：
↪️第一户口
Akaun Persaraan (75%)
↪️第二户口
Akaun Sejahtera (15%)
↪️第三户口
Akaun Flexibel (10%)

会员可选择是否把第二户口的存款转移至第三户口【两种方法
转移】：
第二户口存款RM3,000或以上
第二户口存款RM3,000以下
【会员可以通过KWSPi-AKaun APP申请转移存款】

对于在安康账户中拥有超过RM3,000的会员，他们余额的10/30将转移至ACC 3，5/30转至 ACC 1，余额 15/30 保留在ACC 2中 。
余额在RM1,000及以下的会员将全部转移到ACC 3，余额超过RM1,000但低于RM3,000的会员将转移 RM1,000至ACC 3，其余金额保留在ACC 2中。

EPF 的金额重组确实在一定程度上反映了许多人对退休金的担忧和实际需求。对于不懂理财的人来说，过去实施的i-Sinar、i-Lestari等提款计划可能已经导致了他们的EPF存款大幅减少，这将让他们晚年面临退休金不足的问题。

EPF 推荐在55 岁退休时，ACC 1 的存款最低标准必须为RM250,000 以上，但是如今已经有高达75%的会员在5年内花光公积金存款签。很多人觉得，可以的话最好能尽快的把EPF里的钱取出来，但是EPF作为一种强迫性储蓄至少还能让我们存到一些钱。如果没有 EPF，许多人可能不会主动每个月存下收入的11%至12%。

Flexi account确实为我们提供了一种更灵活的方式来处理急需资金的情况。关键在于如何恰当地利用这些灵活性。新的flexi account 除了用在紧急用途外，精明的人其实会多元化的非配我们的财务规划以确保我们退休后没有后顾之忧，
例如
➡️投资股票，基金- 外国 Al tech，高利息投资 SSPN- 扣税RM8k
➡️储蓄规划
