After a week, not only did these diners dine and dash, they also smeared us on Facebook, and on the occurrence day, they threatened us that if we didn't waive their bill, they would report us to the Health Department (KKM). As the manager of the company, it's my responsibility to handle this matter properly today, to alert other businesses, so that they don't fall victim to similar bullying, whether in the food industry or elsewhere.

Typically, restaurants cater to the general public's tastes when operating, and the subjective nature of food enjoyment means it's impossible to please every single customer. A very small fraction of people have unique preferences and tastes when it comes to food. For such individuals, hiring a personal chef for customized meals might be the only solution to meet their demands. I believe when we choose a restaurant to dine in, we do so after careful consideration, and we are aware of the prices listed on the menu. Once you place an order, regardless of whether the food suits your personal taste, payment is expected. Of course, if you have specific preferences, such as liking extra crispy chicken, you should specify this when ordering or communicate it clearly to the staff, who will then relay your request to the chef. (However, not every restaurant may accommodate such requests).

If a dish genuinely isn't prepared properly, and the customer feels it's a waste of ingredients, we're willing to fry it again in a separate pan and replate it. If a customer wants a completely new dish, of course, we'll provide that, but on the condition of A-to-A exchange. You can't have dish A and then demand dish B in return; I believe the reasoning behind this is self-evident. Even if you claim to be full and can't finish your meal, we would suggest packing it up to take away.

Instances like this worry many restaurateurs, as they fear disruptive customers might impact their business and often choose to absorb the loss themselves to avoid confrontation. But does that mean the customer's behavior should be allowed? When you threatened us that day, saying you would report us to the KKM if we didn't waive your bill, you truly outdid yourself. Here, let me tell you that we have always operated with integrity—using fresh ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring polite service from our staff are our basic principles. Any business that deals with us knows our stringent quality control and standards for ingredients. So even the officer of KKM inspecting us based on your complaint thinks that your allegation seems absurd and leans more towards vindictive behavior.

For the past few days, we've been patiently waiting for you to pay your bill because without settling your account, our accountant can't close it. Both you and I have filed reports, but regardless, the money still needs to be repaid. You've already consumed the food, digested it, but we haven't received payment—that's unfair. Regardless of any legal issue between you and my company which remain to be settle among yourselves, my respondsibility is to get this bill paid and close account. Please don't make it difficult for me, just doing my job here🙏

事情发生已经过一个星期多，这对食客不单止逃单了还在FB 抹黑我们， 事发当天还恐吓我们如果不免单他将会叫卫生部（KKM）来检查 ，身为公司经理的我就有责任将这件事处理好，让其他业者警惕，以免有其他餐饮业或其它行业的人被欺负。

一般上每家餐厅都以迎合大众口味来经营餐饮，而食物好不好吃是非常个人的，餐厅没办法迎合100%食客的口味。 非常小部分的人对食物有个人非主流的偏向和口感，，我想这唯有聘请私人厨师量身订做才能满足他个人要求。 我相信选择到哪家餐厅用餐，我们都会看清楚餐厅外面的菜单想清楚才去该餐厅用餐. 而且在看着菜单时就很清楚知道每道食物的价钱，当你下单后无论食物适不适合你个人的口味都是要付钱。当然如果你是比较特殊的人～比如喜欢吃炸到干干材材的鸡肉就必须在下单时在remark那边注明或者是特别交代店家的员工这样员工就会特别交代厨师尽量做到你想要的。（当然不是每家餐厅都会这么做）
如果说真的食物不熟，如果客人觉得不需要浪费食材我们都会另外用小锅把它炸熟再重新摆盘出来，如果顾客想要换新的一盘，当然我们会换给顾客,不过条件是A换A ，不能吃了A却想要换B ,相信我不用解释也知道道理和原因在哪里。就算你说饱了吃不下，我们也会建议你将食物打包带走。我们员工从开始到结束都很有礼貌的语气和你们说话，你们却说我们员工服务态度差？！难道你要我们对你像神一样拜才叫好服务？
发生这种事情很多餐饮业者的都会担心顾客闹事影响生意而选择自己吃亏息事宁人，但是顾客会这样就算了吗？他可以在店里跟你无理取闹就知到他的人品去到哪里。当天你以恐吓我们的语气说如果我们不免单就会叫KKM来检查我们。不给你一个鼓掌👏都不行，你真的做到了。在这里告诉你我们一直以来都以良心做事，新鲜食材、干净卫生的环境、员工的礼貌这都是我们最基本的要求。所以连KKM来检查都觉得你投报的Report非常离谱，比较偏向无理取闹的报复。
这几天我们一直在痴痴的等你来还钱，因为你不还钱account 就不能总结，你我都去报案了，但是报了案钱还是要还的，因为东西你已经吃下肚子了也消化出来了但我们钱还没有收到，这不公平，你就别为难我这打工的了，谢谢你🙏
