Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are essential nutrients (amino acids to be exact) including leucine, isoleucine, and valine.
"Branched-chain" refers to the chemical structure of these amino acids that stimulate building of protein in muscle and possibly reduce muscle breakdown.
Most common misconception of BCAAs are those nutrients only available in supplement form not natural food. Well, actually BCAAs does occur natural in food.

Love bombing intention is to influence a person by demonstrations of attention and affection with certain kind of condition in place.
Psychologists have identified love bombing as part of a cycle of abuse and have warned against it. It has also been described as psychological manipulation in order to create a feeling of unity within a group against another group/individual or a society.
