Our architectural work Oculus House, located at KL Seputeh Height, is a space of beauty and practicality with our design using modern construction techniques to create a unique architectural form and spatial experience.

At the same time, we also pay attention to the coordination with the surrounding environment so that the building can be integrated with nature, creating a quiet and comfortable living environment.

During this process, we faced many challenges, but our team has always maintained a high level of cooperation and trust. Together we overcame the odds and strived for excellence to create this proud building.

Receiving the PAM Single Residential Gold Award means a lot to us - it is a recognition and recognition of our team's tireless efforts and innovative spirit. At the same time, it also encourages us to continue to strive for the development and progress of the construction industry. We are grateful for the recognition and support from the jury and awarding bodies and will continue to contribute to the prosperity and development of the construction industry.
