🧊Building an Iceberg Game🧊

🧊What is Iceberg?
Icebergs are pieces of ice that formed on land and float in an ocean or lake.

Icebergs come in all shapes and sizes, from ice-cube-sized chunks to ice islands the size of a small country.

🧊What animals live on icebergs?
Polar bears, penguins, seals, fish, krill and birds, all live on or under the ice.

It's amazing to see how the kids transform the art cards & carton boards to an Iceberg game with cute polars bears, whales, snowman & etc.

This mission allowed them to create a beautiful project that comes with game as well. Now, you may place the blocks to the respective holes on the ice layer.

Kids, you may think about using this idea for your science project.

⌛Making a Time Machine for Corbie⏳

What is time machine to kids?

Time travel is the idea of going back in time to the past or forward to the future. We always travel forward, to the future. Time travel to the past is not known to be possible, but is used in fiction.

In this mission, we are making a time machine for Mr. Corbie to travel back to his planet. In fact, the kids are making a table calendar that they can learn about time, day, month & weather of the day.

Kids told us that this craft look like a steering wheel 🛞.

🏘️White House Mug 🏘️

🇺🇸 Take off to USA 🇺🇸

The White House is the official residence of the president of the United States. It is one of the most well-known sites in Washington, D.C.

The president of the United States lives and works in the White House. The president’s family lives there also.

There are 132 rooms, 32 bathrooms, and 6 levels to accommodate all the people who live in, work in, and visit the White House. There are also 412 doors, 147 windows, 28 fireplaces, 7 staircases, and 3 elevators.

After briefing by teacher on the knowledge about white house, they practice drawing the white house on a paper. Subsequently, they practice drawing the white house on numerous paper cups. Finally, they confidently draw on the mug (Remember no correction can be made).

All students are so NERVOUS knowing that they are only given ONE chance to draw on the mug! Practice makes perfect!

Totem Pole
🇺🇸Take off to USA🇺🇸

Totem poles are tall structures carved out of yellow or red cedar wood.

🇺🇸What are totems in American culture?

In Native American culture, a totem animal is the spiritual symbol of an individual, family, or tribe. Your totem animal, according to American Indian belief, is the main guiding spirit that stays with you for your lifetime or your family throughout its lineage.

Pole carvings may include animals, fish, plants, insects, and humans, or they may represents supernatural beings such as the Thunderbird.

Firstly, they design their “Totem Pole” theme on a piece of paper. Subsequently, they fix all the wooden pieces together, draw the theme on the wooden pieces & paint it.

Can kids do designing? Yes, with our guidance, they did it. Design is an exciting & stimulating creative field.

🛍️Jackson Po***ck’s Masterpiece “Blue Poles” Canvas Bag🛍️

Paul Jackson Po***ck was an American painter. He was widely noticed for his "drip technique" which consisted in pouring or splashing liquid household paint onto a horizontal surface. The technique was called all-over painting and action painting, since he covered the entire canvas and used the force of his whole body to paint.

Po***ck's paintings are in museums all over the world, and his work is rated very highly.

After they understand the history & art technique, they use the “Splattering” method to apply colours such as yellow, orange, white, dark blue, green & light blue in order to create “Blue Pole” masterpiece on the canvas bag.

They enjoyed creating this Jackson Po***ck’s masterpiece. Now, boys & girls, you can carry your “Limited Edition” canvas bag & go shopping!
