這兩三年來教學很有感的幾件事
「我家小孩要學到哪時才能跟OOO一樣？
是不是他都沒認真上課？」
_
這邊的OOO指的是我幾位很優秀，
已經在街頭表演的學生
我很少針對這類的事發表什麽
但因為越來越多家長提出來
我想我該表示些什麽了
_
這些學員他們不管是在練鼓或是在學習
都是全家人陪伴著
家裡有弟妹的，媽媽帶出門
讓爸爸留在家陪他練習
幫孩子錄下練習過程，反覆一起檢討問題
還有讓孩子減少功課壓力，讓他自由發展
全力支持他興趣的父母
以及一位願意犧牲自己空間
也把書房讓出來讓兒子放電子鼓的爸爸
並陪他一起聽他喜歡的音樂
帶孩子去看表演

你家孩子要學到什麽時候才能跟OOO一樣
是不是他都不認真上課？
_
若想跟這些人比較的話
不是只有孩子要努力
父母也要努力陪同才行
溝通、陪伴、支持
這很重要
想到去年我一位學生受邀去國外表演
爸爸因為工作的關係 只有媽媽陪著去
爸爸表示：你努力完成你想做的事吧！
我會努力工作賺錢的！加油！
然後父子抱在一起，
孩子跟爸爸一直道謝的畫面
我至今難忘
成長，絕不是孩子一個人的事
就算把花移到陽光充足，氣候舒適的地方
沒有人灌溉也是很難成長。
