Our Story
SimpleBox, known for its mouthwatering specials, Veg & Chicken Biryani, Grilled Chicken, Mango Lassi & Samosa was born from a need to eat and enjoy those great Indian dishes while living away from home.
As Hema & Sri, wife & husband and partners at Simplebox, put it "When we moved to Malaysia, we missed my grandma's cooking, her simple mantra in life was share good things in life and good will happen to you. There was always a special dish of the day in her kitchen and anybody could walk in and have it, family or outsiders, workers or visitors, kids or adults.
There is a great feeling you get when people like your cooking and a greater happiness when they identify the dish as SimpleBox, this we are very proud of and we can continue to maintain it only by making every thing in-house from the basic chilly powder to the so many kinds of spice and masala powders and a strict no preservatives, no added colours and no MSG. Hema, defines it as a "project that began from home for working individuals having busy lifestyle. As simple as it goes, we cook, pack and deliver right where you love to eat your SIMPLEBOX."
