🍖Dulu2 bila saya kurang ilmu, saya anggap cholesterol ni adalah sebab makan banyak daging & seafood

🧆Seumur hidup saya, mungkin tidak lebih dari 100x saya makan daging sebab saya memang tak minat daging and saya pun dislike udang & ketam
:
❗️Pernah suatu ketika dulu Di usia muda cholesterol saya tinggi BUKAN sebab makan daging tapi makanan berperoses seperti hotdog, burger, nuggets dan seUmpama
:
💔Kesedaran wujud bila saya faham apa yang mungkin berlaku jikalau di teruskan, salah satu dariNya heart attect (serangan jantung)

🤔Saya hairan kenapa ada ramai org Di luar sana yang tahu mereka ada masalah cholesteol tinggi, darah tinggi & gula dalam darah tinggi tapi abaikan seperti mereka tak de masalah kesihatan langsung

✅Tapi Kepada mereka yg ada kesedaran tapi tak tahu bagaimana nak mula, my suggestion start dengan berhenti benda yg tak memberi manfaat sebab Kalau awak dah makan bertahun2 hanya menjadi lagi sakit kenapa teruskan?

JawapanNya bila kita jatuh sakit baru nak usahakan

Kesihatan ni macam duit dalam bank, selagi kita Ada duit selagi tu kita berbelanja & kadang2 kita pun lalai beli macam2 benda yg tak di perlukan

Sebelum akhir bulan masa tu nak control duit sebab dalam bank account dah nak 0

When you lives pay cheque to pay cheque macam tu lah hidup kita kan?

Sama juga dgn kesihatan, selagi tak sakit selagi tu kita enjoy

Being fat is just a small challenges but when jatuh sakit masa tuLah mula sedar “KalauLah Aku mula dulu mesti tak sakit macam ni”

Wanita lepas lahirkan anak pertama “I might start exercising a bit to lose that pregnancy fat or I may wanna start taking (meal replacement) MRP

Wanita lepas lahirkan anak kedua, “I should start hire a PT sebab need someone to push me during training because I have no motivation”
:
Wanita lepas lahirkan anak ke 3 onwards “I think is the age or maybe the hormone yg buat Intak blh lose fat anymore”
:
Wanita lepas 50an, “I must start cooking healthy food and be active to keep my self strong and age gracefully”
:
Wanita lepas 55an, “I must start do some weight training to build stronger bone & increase my metabolism”
:
Moral of the story here is, it’s never too late
:
Awak nak atau tak nak saja but don’t ever blame the age for getting fat or weak because by now you should already notice my elderly client are stronger than most mother out there
