🧆Seumur hidup saya, mungkin tidak lebih dari 100x saya makan daging sebab saya memang tak minat daging and saya pun dislike udang & ketam

❗️Pernah suatu ketika dulu Di usia muda cholesterol saya tinggi BUKAN sebab makan daging tapi makanan berperoses seperti hotdog, burger, nuggets dan seUmpama

🤔Saya hairan kenapa ada ramai org Di luar sana yang tahu mereka ada masalah cholesteol tinggi, darah tinggi & gula dalam darah tinggi tapi abaikan seperti mereka tak de masalah kesihatan langsung

Wanita lepas 55an, “I must start do some weight training to build stronger bone & increase my metabolism”

Moral of the story here is, it’s never too late

Awak nak atau tak nak saja but don’t ever blame the age for getting fat or weak because by now you should already notice my elderly client are stronger than most mother out there
