3 tips to grow beard in a month!

Having a beard is a popular style these days - and for good reason. With the right care and style, a good beard can look really good. However, it's also really easy for your beard to become unkempt and unclean. Even if you're going for that kind of look, nobody wants to look like you don't take care of yourself. Take care to grow your beard looking the way you want it to by following some easy tips:

1. Maintain a healthy diet.
Hair grows when you’re receiving enough essential vitamins. You don’t need to eat anything special if you aren’t in a rush to grow your beard, just make sure it is a balanced, healthy diet. Fish is great for your hair. If you want to take a supplement some recommend Biotin, a b complex vitamin.

2. Get some sleep.
Studies show that a lack of sleep can actually slow down your beard growth. If you want a good beard make sure you’re getting the appropriate amount of rest.

3. Ignore the itch.
When you’re first growing a beard, it will itch pretty heavily at times. Your skin has to get used to having all this hair on there, but it will get better after a few weeks. 5 ways to get flat tummy in 7 days!

3 ways to look refreshed in the morning in 10 minutes!

1. Splash ice water on your face.

3 tips to reduce stress level in a month!

From minor challenges to major crises, stress is part of life. And while you can't always control your circumstances, you can control how you respond to them. When stress becomes overwhelming, or it's chronic, it can take a toll on your well-being. That's why it's important to have effective stress relievers that can calm your mind and your body. Here are the tips to reduce your stress level :

1. Avoid Caffeine, Alcohol, and Ni****ne.
Avoid, or at least reduce, your consumption of ni****ne and any drinks containing caffeine and alcohol. Caffeine and ni****ne are stimulants and so will increase your level of stress rather than reduce it. Alcohol is a depressant when taken in large quantities, but acts as a stimulant in smaller quantities. Therefore using alcohol as a way to alleviate stress is not ultimately helpful. Swap caffeinated and alcoholic drinks for water, herbal teas, or diluted natural fruit juices and aim to keep yourself hydrated as this will enable your body to cope better with stress.

2. Indulge in Physical Activity
Stressful situations increase the level of stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol in your body. These are the “fight or flight” hormones that evolution has hard-wired into our brains and which are designed to protect us from immediate bodily harm when we are under threat. However, stress in the modern age is rarely remedied by a fight or flight response, and so physical exercise can be used as a surrogate to metabolize the excessive stress hormones and restore your body and mind to a calmer, more relaxed state.

3. Get More Sleep
A lack of sleep is a significant cause of stress. Unfortunately though, stress also interrupts our sleep as thoughts keep whirling through our heads, stopping us from relaxing enough to fall asleep. Rather than relying on medication, your aim should be to maximise your relaxation before going to sleep. Make sure that your bedroom is a tranquil oasis with no reminders of the things that cause you stress. Avoid caffeine during the evening, as well as excessive alcohol if you know that this leads to disturbed sleep.

3 Tips to Get Rid of Smelly Scalp and Hair in a week!

As if body odor wasn’t enough, here’s another issue you need to deal with – smelly scalp and hair. This problem can cause your confidence to take a back seat and also make you socially awkward. You must have noticed your hair and scalp emanating a weird smell a couple of days post hair wash. Here are the tips to get rid of smelly scalp and hair in a week:

1. Garlic oil - Garlic is also known as the queen of natural antifungals contains sulfur content which helps to get rid of the bad smell in the hair. Sulfur acts as an antibacterial and antifungal agent which directly solves the problems of smelly hair. Heat 3-4 cloves of garlic along with half cup of coconut oil. Now dip a cotton ball in it and apply it on your scalp. Massage the oil thoroughly and let it rest for 20-30 minutes. Wash your hair with mild shampoo. You can repeat this process once a week.

2. Tea Tree oil - Tea tree oil contains microbial properties which help you to get rid of itchy scalp and stinky hair. It also helps cure several scalp-related problems such as dandruff. Mix a little tea tree oil in a cup of water or in a carrier oil and apply it thoroughly on your scalp. Leave the oil on your scalp for about 30 minutes and then wash off your hair with mild shampoo. You can repeat the same process once a week.

3. Lemon juice - Lemon juice contains anti-bacterial and astringent properties which act as an excellent remedy for treating smelly hair. It also adds shine to the hair by reducing the bacteria that causes dandruff. Add 2 tsp lemon juice in one cup of water or to any carrier oil. After you shampoo, massage the mixture thoroughly on your scalp and hair and leave it for few minutes. Wash it off with normal water. You can repeat the same process 1-2 times a week

3 tips to get healthy hair today!

In a world of instant gratification, however, we know that waiting 2-3 months to see the fruits of your labour can seem like a lifetime, which is why we've created a list of 3 things you can do now, to achieve the hair of your dreams today.

1. Put the hairbrush down.
Old wives tales have always told us that brushing your hair 100 strokes a day will lead to shiny, healthy hair, but this couldn’t be farther from the truth. Over-brushing your hair can actually cause the opposite effect and lead to damage and split ends. We recommend putting the hairbrush down ASAP and using it as little as possible since over brushing can be rough on the hair by pulling and tugging.

2. Drinking enough water is key for your overall health, but it’s also directly related to your skin and hair. Just like how a plant requires water to grow, so does your hair. Water makes up almost 25% of the weight of a single strand of hair, so it’s recommended to drink 8 glasses a day to keep the hair strong, healthy, and hydrated.

3. Purchase a silk pillowcase.
Another common irritant to the hair is the material of your pillowcase. We suggest swapping out your cotton pillowcase and making a stop today to purchase a silk one if you struggle with morning bed head or frizz. Cotton can pull and tug on the hair while you sleep, but silk’s smooth texture allows the hair to flow freely, and in turn, creates less frizz and tangles.
