A: We use healthier sweetener which gives more sweetness, thus only a very little amount is needed, and it only contributes a few calories.

A: We include higher amount of water in our recipes compared to the normal ones. Also, thanks to the dough kneading step that contributes to a softer texture.

A: Most SOFT wholemeal bread consist of only 20-40% wholemeal flour to preserve the softness. We make sure our every single bread is at least 60% wholemeal, SOFT YET HEALTHY!
