“bis”在意大利语中是“二次”的意思，也就是说这个饼干的制作需要经过两次烘烤。
自家烘焙意大利脆饼，采用美国进口杏仁。浓浓的蛋白香气扑鼻而来，咀嚼在口却有着淡淡的杏仁芬芳流窜。传统的意大利biscotti中，是不含有油脂的，所以口感十分脆硬。也正是因为如此，biscotti的经典吃法，通常是与咖啡搭配，将其浸泡在咖啡中，一起食用。
