翔吃炒粉是一家新开的档口,虽然是刚开张,但是老板-杨翔帏也就是我们家的厨师,别看他年轻,他拥有长达14年烹饪经验哟,因为他中学毕业后,就开始了到餐厅厨房工作。他曾经在各各餐厅做过厨师,如大东酒楼,茗园大酒家,海洋餐厅和雪隆的相聚餐厅。
因为疫情,他决定回来槟城打拼。 他的老家在亚依淡,所以他把档口开在亚依淡,一来可以陪陪家人,也可以赚钱。他擅长的菜式是中式,在各个餐厅也是负责煮炒,所以他决定卖炒粉。

伊府面的小小知识🍜
关于伊府面的起源,各个传说都有,有人说是广东、有人说是福建、苏州、郑州及宫廷都有,很难定论谁说的是对的。根据史料的记录,伊府面是伊秉绶的家厨创制的。
伊秉绶是乾隆年间的一名书法家,也是杨州的知府,这也是伊府面名字的由来。"伊"是伊秉绶的伊,府就是杨州知府的府啦。
伊秉绶号墨卿,福建汀州人,在乾隆年间中进士,擅长写诗,喜欢收藏,是一位洒脱,学识渊博的人。他曾任职两州知府 - 惠州和杨州,这两州都很讲究美食。他在惠州时,有雇了一位姓麦的厨师,麦厨师很会煮,伊秉绶爱吃,麦厨师会做,他们一来一往彼此切磋,相处得很好。后来伊秉绶转任扬州,麦厨师也跟随他去杨州了。在杨州,他参考和采纳了江南调制面点的方法,创制出了伊府面。

History of the Ee Noodle 🍜
There are various legends about the origin of Yifu noodles/Ee noodles in Guangdong, Fujian, Suzhou, Zhengzhou, and the palace. According to historical records, the specific statement was created by the home chef of Yi Bing Shou. Yi Bing Shou is calligraphic and also is the Prefecture Governor of Yang Zhou during the emperor Qianlong. Prefecture Governor in mandarin pronunciation is "Zhi fu", so by using the name of Yi Bing Shou's "Yi" and "Zhi fu's" "Fu" it named the noodles as Yifu Noodles.
Yi Bing Shou was born in Tingzhou, Fujian Province. He was a scholar during the Qianlong period. He has been the Prefecture Governor of Huizhou and Yangzhou, and these two places are all about food. When he served as the Prefecture Governor of Huizhou, he hired a chef named Mai. Mai is very good at cooking, Yi loves to eat the food he cooked. Later, Yi Bing Shou was transferred to Yangzhou, Chef Mai also followed, where he considered and adopted the method of making noodles in Jiangnan and created Yifu noodles.

Q弹的伊府面加上入味浓郁的芡汁和老板特制的高汤,咸淡适中,再搭配上一些菜,肉片和虾,真的是营养满满哟‼️🥬🦐🥩🍜
4️⃣ 炒金旦面

1️⃣ Char Hor Fun
Pieces of hor fun and bee hun, plus the ability to control the heat, produce a faint burnt aroma with the soup, you will definitely eat until lick your plate😋
2️⃣ Hock Kean Char
The aroma and heat are both full of flavour. Hock Kean Char contain lard residue, shrimp and meat slices. Sambal sauce is a must when eating Hock Kean Char. The taste of Sambal sauce makes the taste of Hock Kean Char richer and more delicious🤤
3️⃣ Ee Noodle
The Q-bombed Ee noodles with the rich gravy and the boss's special broth, make Ee noodles taste moderately salty by adding some vegetables, sliced meat and shrimp, which is really full of nutrition. 🥬🦐🥩🍜
4️⃣ Maggie
Maggie tastes very smooth. Maggie was neither too hard nor too soft. Friends who like to eat harder or softer can talk to the boss when placing an order. 😁

大家好, 我是杨翔帏,翔吃炒粉的老板兼厨师。中学毕业后我就做餐饮业了,算到现在已有14年经验。我曾在大东酒楼,茗园大酒家,海洋餐厅和雪隆的相聚餐厅做过厨师。由于受到新冠性病毒的影响,生意也受到影响,我决定回到槟城开档口。
我擅长的菜式是中式,在各个餐厅也是负责煮炒,所以我决定卖炒粉。我老家在亚依淡,所以经过我的一番寻找和咨询,我就选择了这里1288 美食中心,一来可以陪陪家人,也可以赚钱,一举两得。
我的档基本卖4种粉,炒河粉,福建炒,炒伊府面和炒金旦面,有大和小可以选择,价钱平民不贵。

Hello everyone ~ I'm Yeoh Siang Wei 😁, the owner and chef of Want To Eat Stir-Fried. I have 14 years of experience in the catering industry, I worked as a chef after graduating from high school. I have worked as a chef at Tai Tong Restaurant, Ming Garden Restaurant, Ocean Restaurant and Mee Together Restaurant in Selangor. Due to the impact of the Covid-19 and business has also been affected, I decided to go back to my hometown Penang to open a food stall.
I am good at cooking Chinese dishes and I also worked in the stir-fried department when I was in a restaurant, so I decided to sell stir-fried noodles. My hometown is on Air Itam. After my search and consultation, I choose Restoran 1288 so that can accompany my family and make money at the same time.
My stall basically sells 4 kinds of noodles, Char Hor Fun, Hock Kean Char, Ee Noodle and Maggie. There are large and small to choose from, and the price is also budget-friendly.
