蟹皇鲜糜锅
有一次我在廣東順德品嘗到當地的粥底火鍋，讓愛吃糜有愛吃火鍋的我也想在檳城推出類似的菜品。最近我約了師父到品苑來和我一起研究如何把糜和火鍋結合在一起。
經過反復的調整與研究，我們決定用紅蟳熬糜，紅蟳的鮮香讓糜的口味更有層次感，用糜涮過的食材也非常爽滑鮮嫩，如黑毛豬肉片，明蝦，石斑魚片，帶子等等。我們也在努力研發各種不同口味的鮮糜鍋，希望各位会喜欢

有一天，我們幾個來到這美麗的花園散步。邊走著，邊聊著我們一起打拼的點點滴滴，歡笑聲在這怡人的景色中迴蕩著。行動管制令期間，我們對夥伴們都甚是想念，所以才相約今天來這裡附近用餐，飯後到這裡散散步。“這裡真的好美啊，不如我們以後就常約在這裡聊天吧”二哥興致勃勃地提議。三哥說“但這裡沒什麼地方能坐著聊啊”，我接著說“如果還有火鍋坐著慢慢吃不就更好嗎？”大哥沉思一會兒“你們傻呀，我們不就是做火鍋的嗎？”
