Under what circumstances that the cash value of the policy will be affected?

1. Surrender, i.e. cancelling the policy prematurely. The nett cash value, if any, shall be refunded. (Not the premiums paid)

Both body fat percentage and BMI are important to monitor for obesity. They give you a good starting point, but you don’t want to use BMI alone to make a health diagnosis or define body fat.

A person can have a normal BMI and still have other health issues. Since BMI only looks at height and weight, it is not a representation of what is going on metabolically.

Body fat percentage is calculated by determining how much of a person’s weight is fat.

According to international standards, the ideal body fat percentage for women are
18 ~ 25%, and for men are 10 ~ 20%.
Higher or lower than this standard will increase the risk of diseases.

You can purchase a body fat scale or use the body fat calculator available online for the measurement.
