Introducing [ Wild Apple ] 🍎.
Enhancing the beverage experience by using frozen apples, these frosty alternatives melt at a slower rate than conventional ice, preserving the drink’s original strength. Additionally, they introduce a subtle fruity undertone as they dissolve. This is an excellent choice when aiming to enrich the flavor and cooling of spirit-forward cocktail.

Discover [ SEA & GRAPE ] a cocktail that encapsulates the sea's essence in every sip. Oyster Shell distillate whispers of briny depths, while clarified tomato water / Shio Koji and kelp salt provide a satisfying umami experience. With the delicate sweetness of coconut water and the sophistication of dry vermouth, it's a symphony of tastes that will transport your senses to the shore.

[ Lamb Ragu ]
A classic Italian sauce that is typically made with ground or minced meat, vegetables, and tomatoes. It is a slow-cooked sauce known for its rich and hearty flavor. 🌿🍅

The key ingredients in a traditional ragu sauce usually include ground beef , onions, carrots, celery, garlic, tomatoes, and a variety of seasonings such as herbs and spices. And we found out lamb can be a wonderful addition to ragu, providing a unique and robust flavor that pairs well with the savory, slow-cooked qualities of the sauce. The tenderness of lamb can complement the rich texture of the sauce, creating a delightful combination.

INTRODUCING : Nuked Negroni
Harmonised boozy elements with the essence of herbs, citrus and fruitiness harnessed from berries. Unorthodox as it seems, microwave can act as the ultimate fusion hack with a microwave-safe container. This technique is to keep the solvent at around 50 proof and a range of fresh and dried fruits were used (up to preference). Drop by our pop up to try it out!
