𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 | 𝟯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴 | 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 & 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱

- 现代轻奢风 -

轻奢风格的配色中倾向于高雅调性的色彩，所以我们选取白色系为主要基底的清浅色调，辅以象牙白、金色、黄铜，奶咖色等高级色系为点缀，再加上天然材质的大理石、木材等材质，借由材质本身的高级质感，去营造出奢而不华的轻奢韵味。
在接下这设计案子的时候，客户已经很明确的和我们分享她的一些忧虑，以便我们可以在设计阶段时多加考量，和加入一些主要的设计元素以解决这些细节上的小问题。最大的忧虑，就是厕所门对准用餐区，让全体感官都处于一种不甚舒服的状态。其二，就是客户有考虑到年迈父母的安全问题，担心家具尖角的位置会容易触发不必要的意外发生。
为了解决这两大问题，我们提议运用木材屏风和隐形门的设计概念，以实现房间走廊和用餐区的空间分隔。这不仅能有效的“隐藏”厕所的存在，也可以划分场域，延伸视觉尺度。我们还在橱柜设计里加入弧形元素，不仅增强安全性，减少磕碰带来的疼痛，也让整体空间更有趣味性，满足我们对时尚生活的追求。
在配色方面，白色和奶咖色橱柜门板，搭配白色的台面，再加上同色系的后挡板瓷砖，让狭小的厨房空间带来明亮大方的感觉。主卧室以白色配灰色的组合，辅以黄铜色的衣柜拉手和木材等材质作为点缀，整体简约大器，增添空间弹性之余，营造出的舒缓氛围更会让人想整天待在卧室里。由于主卧室享有絕佳採光，所以我们也设计了窗边卧榻，让主卧床有延伸视觉的效果，也在座位下方設置儲物空間，藉此增添房內的機能性。弧形书橱和木色书桌的位置，让客户在工作之余，还可以尽情享受窗外的景色。次卧室的白色和浅奶咖色的搭配，呈现简约温馨之余，又牵引出浓浓的时尚大气的格调。

Clean lines, reductive, uncluttered, monochromatic, simplicity, "less is more" - these are some of the main elements that immediately come to our mind when first design this living area to create the space that prioritize the essential.

A tip in designing a welcoming open space area is to coordinate colors and materials. As such, when working on different corners, we will be able keep a consistent style across all spaces while creating a visually pleasant environment, where everything looks well balanced to the eye. The sheer combination of taupe colour with wood texture met our client's taste for a cozy & eclectic space that resonates warm essence of vibe.

Flat, smooth surfaces and strong clean lines create bold statements that emphasize the essential nature of each item. We design space that focus on the purity and simplicity of the shape and form.

Streamlined design is key to this modern eat-in kitchen. With the dining area integrated into the kitchen, using similar color tone in both areas helps the whole space feel connected and open.

Cottage-styled kitchen is always about having cheery and bright vibe, which is really pleasant and welcoming. The choices of colors are very easy, the styles are extremely determining, and which makes preparing your meal in this particular space comfortable and cozy.

Space-efficient design concepts were applied strategically throughout the 850 sqft home, maximising the usage of the space available for a family of 3 to eliminate the concern for storage.

Compact and contemporary, the home's humble simplicity tastefully combines a minimalist colour palette of greys and neutrals giving it a sense of calmness and style.
