That's a major hassle. When the announcement was made, busy in planning all the possibilities to save water. Counting buckets at home against water usage, separate different source of water, identify drinking water storage and lots of trivial matters to take care of.

For water supply disruption, you'd make a plan to ensure sufficient water in all 4 days.

Recently, overheard a customer said she prefers to hold a virtual property than a physical property. She elaborated that in this time isn't cash able to sustain her lifestyle while her property rental wouldn't be able to cover the raised of mortgage loan due to risen OPR. Her friend reiterated that property is a physical asset that could generate rental income. She confronted loudly where rental contract needs renewal and would not secure rental income forever. Indeed, her tenant choose to work in rural hometown for lower living cost.

Her friend pursued further on the meaning of virtual property. She said she has another investment which is just liked mortgage loan for next 30 years. She paid a small sum monthly and expecting for a good sum in her 60. Well, it is able to multiply by compounding over the time. Recently, the global market came down, she'd even able to buy in discounted rate with the same sum that she committed monthly. All the capitals she dumped in is to buy the >40 attractive global counters in offered rate. It is not single share investment but in equity funds that need less attention. Over years, lifestyle and inflation would contribute for the rise of funds price as capital gain. Her eyes shined when touched on this point.

Her friend looked at her curiously and ask how would you ensure a good return over the years. She asked her friend how would you ensure my property could sell in good price in next 5 years or now? She told her friend if she is still paying the housing loan for next 30 years, it means she is still not owning the property but the bank does. If this property served for investment, she would sell off in good price whenever she encounters a good deal. The key is she could have to sell in unfavorable price which renovation fee, maintenance fee and all related efforts are in vain.

In such situation, isn't virtual property better than physical property?
