What to cook for tomorrow? Try it. Sharing is caring.
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
2-3 shallots, sliced
2-3 chilli padi, chopped
1 tablespoon of taucheo
1 medium eggplant, cut into matchsticks
1/2 cup of minced pork/chicken/beef
1/4 cup water
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Heat oil in wok. Saute garlic, shallots and chilli padi. Add taucheo and saute until fragrant. Then, add minced meat and eggplant. Add some water and let eggplant soften. Then season according to taste.
