Hani is one of the government-recognized minority peoples in China. The name of the company is dedicated to the very first seasonal coffee partners they have worked with - The Hani people.

They started from a small-scale experiment to well-established coffee production for over a decade in Yunnan. At present, they run their own wet mill and are experimenting with soil regeneration and waste reduction. They don't only produce coffee, they are also a licensed coffee exporter! With a unique blend of international and local experts, they share stories well with the world yet are grounded locally.

It's so rare to find a company that aligns with what we have close at heart - sharing our passion for homemade goodness in its purest form. We can't wait for the menu tasting that is happening soon, and we can't wait for you to try it in June! 🤜🏻🤛🏻

Night changes that did not change overnight ༘⋆₊ ⊹★🔭๋࣭ ⭑⋆｡˚

So all along, we have a second floor, it will be open to the public once we reopen in June! We cannot wait to show you the finished look of the second floor, it's not just aesthetic, but it carries a deeper purpose which you'll know soon 🪜

And if you didn't know, we stayed in different areas of China for quite a few years. We miss it a lot, and so we're bringing a piece of news and much love all the way from Yunnan - we'll be having a Collab with our friends back in China. You can expect specially curated coffee and a new line of drinks in June ☕

We'll be updating the name of our social accounts very soon and a deeper intro will be given into the blooming collaboration 🤍ㅤ ᵕ̈♡︎

Wrapping up our 1: for 1 project 🩵🌎🦢🌿

A total of 161 cans were sold in the past 4 months, and we just wanna thank you guys for making a difference! The collected money will be given to World Vision, under the 'Clean Water Fund'. Thank you for giving the children clean water which will greatly help their daily lives 🫶🏻

May we continue to spread kindness. And... Did we mention that we'll be having a collaboration? We'll be dropping the news real soon!

Last week we celebrated our 3rd year at Campbell Street and our 11th year of making ice cream

If you didn't know, this all started as a favourite childhood memory of the ice cream maker. Whenever he was upset, his dad would cheer him up by buying him ice cream. And so he wanted to come up with his ice cream magic and share the happiness with all

We started at a corner of an organic shop at Pulau Tikus back in 2015 (2nd pic)
Then we had our own space at Chulia Street in 2017 (1st pic)
We moved to Campbell Street during the MCO in 2021, and now we're renovating to create a new mood. Counting down to about a month before we see you guys again!

Renovation Diary 🪜🔨🔩🤎

Week 2 has been filled with lots of decisions for the whole colour mood. The workers have begun the installation of the air-conditioning on the 1st floor. The boss has been selling things and buying things. And I've been updating you with the reno progress. Happy Saturday everyone!
