August 31, 1957 is a historic moment for us all to cherish and be grateful because the price of freedom is priceless. Freedom! Freedom! Freedom!

Ingredients
1 lb baby Kailan (450g)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
½ inch ginger (minced) (15g)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions

Wash and drain kailan vegetables thoroughly. Trim ½ inch off the end of the stalks. Peel the end of the stalks with a paring knife. Set aside.
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add prepared baby kailan vegetables & mushroom. Blanch until they turn a bright green color, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Prepare an ice bath by filling a large bowl with cold water and ice cubes. Remove blanched kailan vegetableIngredients
A handful of Kailan vegetable
1 tbsp oil + more for blanching water
Few slide garlic
Some mushrooms
1 tsp oyster sauce

Instructions
Heat up a pot of water that has been drizzled with some oil.
Blanch the vege in the water for a few minutes. (I took around 4 mins for my serving portion.)
Drain and add the vege to some ice cold water.
Heat up 1 tbsp oil and stir fry garlic. Add mushrooms if using.
When mushrooms turn soft, add the hk kailan vege and oyster sauce.
Stir fry briefly for around 20 seconds and off flame.

Sedapnya makan colek mangga guna 𝐉𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐍 𝐊𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐩 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬 🤩 Bahannya ringkas sahaja tapi hasil memang mengecurkan liur. Selain mangga muda, cicah dengan jambu batu, jambu air, kedondong atau nanas pun boleh.🤗 Sila cuba resipi di bawah 👇🏼

- JAMIN Kicap Lemak Manis
- KINGS Gula Kastor
- Garam
- Belacan
- Bawan Merah (hiris halus)
- Cili Padi (hiris halus)

𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒌:
1. Campurkan semua bahan colek ke dalam mangkuk. Kacau sebati, picit cili padi untuk perasakan aduan colek.
2. Setelah siap. Hidangkan bersama-sama mangga muda. Selamat mencuba.

Nikmati juadah berbuka dengan menggunakan 𝘾𝙊𝙒 & 𝘾𝘼𝙇𝙁 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙂𝙝𝙚𝙚 dalam masakan anda. Resipi ringkas untuk memasak Nasi Biryani bersama ayam masak merah adalah seperti berikut:
Bahan-bahan nasi briyani:
2 sb minyak sapi
2 sb minyak masak
Rempah 4 sekawan (1 batang kayu manis, 2 bunga lawang, 3 cengkih, 4 pelaga)
1 sb bawang putih kisar
1 sb halia kisar
2 helai daun pandan
1-2 biji tomato
4 cwn beras
5 cwn air
1 sb gula batu
Garam secukup rasa
½ cwn kismis
1 cwn susu cair
2-3 senduk kuah ayam briyani
Pewarna oren & kuning
2 sb minyak sapi cair
Cara-cara untuk nasi briyani:
1.Goreng gajus sehingga agak kekuningan.
2.Panaskan minyak sapi dan minyak masak, lalu tumis rempah 4 sekawan, pes kisar bawang putih, pes kisar halia, daun pandan, tomato dadu dan beras basmathi.
3.Masukkan daun bay, air, gula batu dan garam secukup. Kacau sehingga bahan sebati. Tutup sekejap sehingga agak kering.
4.Tambah kismis dan susu cair, lalu masak sehingga kering.
5.Tuang sedikit kuah ayam briyani dalam nasi.
6.Tambah pewarna oren dan kuning, bawang goreng, gajus goreng dan daun ketumbar.
7.Masak sehingga kering.
8.Tuang minyak sapi yang telah dicairkan.
