Postpartum Training

Frequency : Twice a week
She came in 9 months ago to consult with us for postpartum training and was keen to shred off the weight that she gained during pregnancy. She also suffered leg edema due to the pregnancy.
With her committed and disciplined behavior, she is now back to her old self and is making further progress with her physique.

Due to genetics, she had scoliosis all her life. After training with us for the past 12 months, her muscles were developed and stronger, and that helped improve her scoliosis(lob-sided shoulder height).
