了解儿童正常的视力发育

　　

人出生后不久便睁眼，因此人的视觉发育从一出生就开始。

　　

孩子刚出生至1月时，虽然有对光反应，但视物模糊，眼球发育并不完全，视觉结构、视神经尚未成熟，视力大概为光感~眼前手动；

　　

2个月时，孩子视觉集中现象明显，协调注视活动的物体，视力大概为0.01；

　　

3个月时，孩子可以固定视物，注视时间延长，视线可以随物体移动而移动，视力大概为0.01~0.02；

　　

4个月时，孩子开始用手摸东西，说明有一定的注视方向感，视力大概为0.02~0.05；

　　

6个月时，孩子眨眼次数增多，可以准确看清眼前物体，视力大概为0.06~0.08；

　　

8个月时，孩子可以辨别物体的远近，视力大概为为0.1；

　　

1岁时，在外界光线刺激下，视力逐渐发展，能够辨别物体大小、形状，视力大概为0.2~0.3；

　　

2岁时，孩子视力发育最为迅速，视力大概为为0.5~0.6；

　　

3岁为0.6~0.7；6岁基本达到成人水平，视力为1.0。（以上视力均对比对数视力表所得）

　

视光专家介绍：人的视觉发育关键期为从出生到3岁。很久以来人们就已经认识到，评估学龄前儿童的视力是诊断和治疗其视力异常的关键。而在6岁之前出现的视觉异常则影响更大。婴幼儿视觉系统的神经发展和生理成长非常迅速。如果在这一敏感阶段未诊断出视觉异常并做出相应的处理，视力发育则会受到严重影响.

#高度近视可能导致永久性视力损害这一点不得不重视！

高度近视的病因有哪些

1、遗传因素
近视眼已被公认存在一定的遗传倾向，对高度近视更是如此。有遗传因素者，患病年龄较早，度数多在600度以上。但也有高度近视眼者，无家族史。高度近视眼属常染色体隐性遗传。

2、发育因素
婴儿期因眼球较小，故均系远视，但随着年龄的增长，眼轴也逐渐加长，至6岁后方发育正常。如幼年时发育过度，至15～20岁时进展更迅速，以后即减慢，这类近视常高于600度，可到2000～2500或3000度。

3、环境因素
从事文字工作或其他近距离工作的人，近视眼比较多，阅读等近距离工作时的调节和集合作用，使内直肌对眼球施加一定的压力，眼内压也可能升高。

#高度近视和青光眼竟然是“近亲”

研究表明，非近视人群的青光眼患病率为1.5%；近视患者的青光眼患病率为4.2%至4.4%，发病率是正常人的2-3倍；高度近视患者的原发性开角型青光眼的发病率是正常人的6倍。

青光眼的高眼压，会加重近视的发展。而高度近视引起的后巩膜扩张，使巩膜纤维疏松交织状态变少，产生葡萄肿，导致眼底视神经筛板薄弱。这样一来，近视对眼压的耐受程度降低，便容易罹患青光眼，加速青光眼发展。

青光眼是导致人类失明的三大致盲眼病之一，且青光眼引起的视功能损伤是不可逆的，后果极为严重。

控制眼压
眼压偏高的，适当控制眼压，不要用眼过度，也不要有偏激的情绪，保持好心情。

眼轴每拉长一毫米， 近视度数增加300度， 所以说控制眼轴异常增长非常重要。
