每日采购新鲜的蛤蜊，过水吐沙后再泡白酒
热锅炒香蒜片，辣椒，倒入蛤蜊，调味后立即下白酒，整个蛤蜊的鲜味都提出来，上锅后再配上香菜，肯定能捉住大家胃的一道开胃菜再搭配白酒，果然一级棒！
