结合了南洋香料和中菜煮法的合并，几乎每道菜都适合重口味的饕客们
这一道【山菜鱼肚-Perut Ikan】就最适合诠释娘惹菜的精髓。以山捞叶（daun kaduk）和丰富的原料烹煮鱼肚，再以淡奶调剂，呈橘红色的咖喱汁味道偏酸，不过却让人不禁一口接一口的品尝。
工序多且复杂的准备，造就了这一碗碗酸，辣，香味扑鼻的Perut Ikan。
