🔴 Aqua Yoga is particularly beneficial for individuals with osteoarthritis in the hips, knees, ankles, feet, or spine because the buoyancy of water reduces the force or body weight going through their joints. Even high-impact exercises like running become low-impact when performed in the water.

🔴 Aqua Yoga is a good fitness option for beginners, seniors, pregnant women, overweight individuals, and those with arthritis or low bone density. This is because the buoyancy of water reduces wear and tear on the joints and offsets some of the body weight, making it easier to perform exercises with reduced impact on the joints.
