☀️☀️The combination of Solar PV Charging Solution and EV Charger, allows house owners to utilise energy drawn from PV rooftops to charge Electric Vehicles (EVs). Creating more sustainable mobility in our society while the house owners/users can enjoy cost efficient solutions as well as environmentally friendly options to charge their own EV at home.

As the Malaysia Government is putting in efforts in promoting Low carbon mobility practices and is targeting to achieve carbon neutral nation by the year 2050. It is our responsibility as Malaysian to respond and adapt to new government policies.

⚡⚡Pre-commissioning Inspection And Testing (PIAT) Inspection with TNB Officers, Consultant and Clients for handing over a 33kV Stesen Suis Utama (SSU) to TNB.

Functionality Test for M&E Services (Electrical, ACMV and FF) had been successfully conducted. Earthing Test and Room Integrity Test are one of the most essential test to be conducted to ensure good earth resistivity for all the 33kV Equipment to the ground while Room Integrity Test is to ensure that leaktightness of the Switchgear and Control Room during the discharge gas agent during fire incident. 🚒

Soil Resistivity Test (SRT) is carried out in accordance with BS EN 7430 Code of Practice using the Wenner Four- Pin Test Method to determine the conductivity of the soil at our new construction site.

Soil resistivity is the single most critical factor contributing to the grounding system. It determines the resistance to earth of the grounding system and provides a shared reference potential as protection to the building structure, power supply system, plant steelworks and etc.

Thus, it is important for us to conduct SRT as a good grounding design developed from accurate soil resistivity testing. Cost saving can be done by minimizing grounding design on good soil resistance.

In line with the commitment of the 12th Malaysia plan and the National Automotive Policy 2020 (NAP 2020), Malaysia has committed to reducing CO2 emissions and emphasized the need to adopt energy-efficient vehicles, including EVs. Therefore, a well-developed EV Charging infrastructure with accessibility within a short travel range and fast charger facilities are essential to support the advancement of the EV market. 



Shell and Porsche Asia Pacific have partnered to forward the future of mobility and sustainability to the Southeast Asian region including Malaysia. A total of 12 High Performance Charging (HPC) points at six different Shell stations located along the North-South Expressway will be ready to serve the EV drivers.

It is our honor to set up the 180 kilowatts Shell Recharge DC fast charger and the electrical infrastructure with EV Connection in Year 2022. When these charging stations are ready, the EV drivers can enjoy charging their vehicle from 0-80% in approximately 30 minutes and the Electrical vehicle ecosystem will improve significantly.

Setting up, signal cabling works, and sensor installation for a Building Management System (BMS) at a Production Factory. Clients are able to monitor the operation of the factory with a few clicks.

With the Siemens' Simatic PLC controller as a communication device, the user is able to monitor and control the functions and power consumption of the entire electrical system, air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection and lighting system. The user is also able to control or set the brightness of the lighting in Auto Mode or Manual Mode by using a Human-Machine Interface (HMI). Systems are able to receive lux level for a particular from a sensor and auto-adjust the brightness of the light fitting. Hence, it could help with energy efficiency or overuse for the factory.

Electrical installation, Testing and Commissioning of 4 nos of 570KW Sewage Pump. Motor Control Center (MCC) equipped with Motor Starter using Variable Frequency Drive (Model : ABB ACS880) and Softstarter (Model : ABB PSTX45-600-70) interlocking with 2 nos of motorised valve for each pump.

Both motorised valve had to make sure in fully open mode for the pump to operate. The starting current of the Softstarter is 4 x le while the frequency of the VFD is set at 50hz with fixed start and stop ramp time. Both motor starters equipped with built in overload protection to protect the pumps
