🚨 Attention for driver-partners: a scam/fraud syndicate has targeted e-hailing drivers.

Their modus operandi is to ask driver-partners to purchase e-wallet pins (and/or any items) in advance and promise payment upon booking completion.

⚠️ If a passenger or consumer asks you to make an advance payment to purchase something:

1. Please ignore the request, and

2. Call Grab Support to cancel the booking involved.

🔎 Please note:

1. Grab takes this issue seriously, and we will take immediate action against passenger/consumer accounts that have been proven to be scammers.

2. If you have fallen victim to such situations, please report via the Help Centre and note it as “SCAM” in the ‘Description’ section.

Grab adding pickup time and distance to the way calculate our trip earnings. Because our start earning the moment you head towards our pickup point, our trip earnings will be calculated separately from the passenger fare.
Grab're also adding to the passenger no-show and passenger late cancellation fee to account for time and distance travelled.
Grab’re launching a new weekly automatic adjustment process for trip underestimations, to ensure our earnings are protected.
